SUMMARY:2018 Student Appreciation Day at Pure Rock Studios of Rochester
DESCRIPTION:It’s that time of year again! Time to celebrate YOU our Pure Rockers…. \nStudent Appreciation Day is an afternoon full of fun\, food\, prizes\, and of course MUSIC! We are featuring all 3 of our performance classes as well as some of the PRS teachers own groups. We will have members from Carpet Booth Studios\, and Evans Guitar Repair to give some input on their services\, and what’s available in ways of recording and any instrument set up you may need. \nThe night will conclude with a The Galactic Cowboy Orchestra! This band is just PHENOMENAL! They are an extremely talented group of musicians who blend jazz\, funk\, pop\, and rock all into their unique sound. PRS students and siblings are free to attend\, we just ask adults to purchase a ticket. \nFood will be available for purchase\, and the entire event is indoors! Be sure to pass the word! \nFinally\, the PRS Scholarship program is a great project we have here at Pure Rock. This scholarship makes it possible for some students to take lessons when they otherwise wouldn’t be able to! The main way we can grow this fund is through donations like yours\, and the raffles we offer at events like this! We raffle off local business’s products and services as well as plenty of musical gear\, instruments\, PRS merch\, and even free lessons! Come ready to enter and win. As past winners can tell you\, when it rains it pours with these raffles! The more you buy the more chances you have to win!
