Queer Dance Party at Canvas & Chardonnay

The summer Queer Dance Parties were such a success that we decided to extend them into PSL season, so get your daddy on by sporting your favorite cardigan and short shorts cause it’s sweater weather up in here.

A few QDP FAQs for the new kids:

Will there be painting since it’s at Canvas & Chardonnay?
No, we push tables to the side and hide all the easels to create a mega dance floor for shaking and shimmying of all sorts.

Will there be alcoholic beverages?
Of course! We will have a wide range of alcohol from which to choose. Cash and cards are accepted

Does it cost to attend?
No, we are creating a space and a community. However, there is a suggested donation of $5 at the door to pay our entertainers and artists.

Do I have to be queer to attend?
We are creating a space for EVERYONE in the community to feel welcome and comfortable expressing themselves.

Do I need to bring a date, or can I fly solo?
Most people who attend are flying solo or are with their gay posse. The point of this monthly manic music melange is to create a community. Come make new friends!

Why Mondays?
Because it’s a night we can make magic in a venue that is open and accepting of everyone in our growing community.
